The Club are delighted to announce that Sian Osmond will continue in her role as the First Team Manager of London Bees WFC.

Osmond took on the role towards the back end of the 20/21 campaign and finished the season with a memorable 3-2 win over Blackburn Rovers at The Hive London. Now she will look to assemble a Bees side who can make a strong challenge in our new journey in the FA Women’s National League.

Our Manager has deep ties to the Bees, having been a part of the Club since 2018 when she joined as a member of the backroom staff.

Speaking ahead of pre-season, Osmond said:

“I am really pleased to be carrying on in my role at the Club and I am really excited for the season ahead. It’s going to be a new challenge for the Club, but it is one we are all really looking forward to. There’s a lot of hard work to come, as we reassemble our squad ahead of the season, we want to really attack the challenge that awaits and see how far we can go.

“I am thrilled to have a strong backroom team behind me and they will play an instrumental part in the season ahead, I am so grateful for the support they have and continue to give me. There is plenty of reason for optimism, as fans return to football for the first time in a while and I can’t wait for our team to be reunited with the supporters again!”

Osmond will be supported by a strong backroom team, as Karl Milgate continues in his role as Assistant Coach, whilst the Club boast staff across the backroom team who specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Performance analysis, Goalkeeping, Sports Psychology and Medical. There will be a full announcement about our set-up ahead of the new season.

We are delighted to have Sian on board for the upcoming season and everyone at the Club is excited for the season ahead.
