It has been a very busy few weeks for the Bees academy as the teams returned to the grass to continue their progress and do what they love most.

This is certainly the case for Roop Kaur who is “loving every minute” at London Bees after joining the club’s U16 set-up earlier this month in order to achieve her dream of becoming a professional footballer.

The young prospect went viral in March after doing 1,059 kick-ups for International Women’s Day, whilst she was just 14-years-old.

Kaur is certainly one to watch out for in the future and has even been recognised and interviewed by Sky Sports regarding her move from QPR to The Hive London, so that she can further her development.

London Bees’ U14s have also been busy lately after competing in a tournament against Arsenal, Aston Villa and Sunderland.

The young Bees acquitted themselves well against some very tough opposition and earned themselves a respectable mid-table finish in the process.

It should be an exciting few months for all those concerned with the London Bees’ academy as we look to bring through the stars of tomorrow.
